The King of Steaks! We take Certified Angus Beef tenderloin and char broil it to your liking. Availible in 6 and 10 ounce portions.

New York Strip $25 / 31
A steak house staple that some consider first in flavour. That's because we use the best beef available - Certified Angus. 8 or 12 ounce.

Gaucho Steak $21
An authentic Argentine asado experience. Pampas raised ribeye steak, flame-broiled and finished with Chimichurri, the only condiment an Argentine lets near his steak.

Elk Bourguignon $36
Old World and New collide in a most delicious manner. A large 12-14 oz bone-in chop (ribeye) from a locally raised Elk is served with a sauce of Beaujolais wine, Black Currents and Cepes Mushrooms.

Rack of Lamb Provencel $26 / 32
A classic of French cuisine with a twist. Roasted Dijon and herb encrusted lamb served with sweet and slightly tart Black Current sauce. Half or full rack.

Beer Braised Bison Short Ribs $17
Bison has become the poster animal of regional Manitoba cuisine, and rightly so – no other animal was as successful at exploiting the prairie eco-system. The natural sweetness of the meat is enhanced by braising in Fort Garry Dark ale.

Swordfish Steak $19
A meaty, flavorful swordfish steak, flame-broiled and served simply with lemon butter.
